Mr. Prafulla Thote was granted the US Patents for Solid State Lighting Apparatus on 17th Feb ’15. This is an outcome of his extensive R&D on the subject. With this patent, Mr. Thote becomes the first Indian to be granted such a patent by the U.S. Mr. Thote’s achievement was featured in The US FED NEWS SERVICE on 17th Feb ’15.
